Abstract:

During the lecture I will present clinical situations based on cases where it was necessary to connect with one's own resources prior to the treatment of a patient in a serious illness situation.
Learning Objectives:
- How to build patient confidence by integrating one's own uncertainty
- How to support therapy by constructing the therapist's internal framework
- Where to find a coterapist when working without a team

Marta Nowak-Kulpa - A psychologist and psychotherapist, she trained in hypnotherapy at the Polish Milton H. Erickson Institute. She works in her own practice and at the Maria Sklodowska-Curie National Research Institute of Oncology in the Department of Oncological and Reconstructive Surgery. She is the author of \"Opowieści z inej bajki czyli niepamiętnik psychoterapeutki\" (Tales from Another Fairy Tale or the Unmemoir of a Psychotherapist) and co-author of \"Transplantation of the upper limb and face\".
