Abstract:

Different concepts are used to define “happiness”. Pleasure, satisfaction, fun, joy, giving meaning, making sense, being goal directed - all can be building blocks to happiness. It’s worthwhile to find out what “authentic happiness” means for you, and to give yourself a daily D.O.S.E. of neurotransmitters, improving your wellbeing.
In hypnosis your mind, your focus shapes the brain. Where your mind goes, your body and emotions follow. In the workshop you become familiar with practices that generate a positive state of mind, like visiting a laughter place, or building affectbridges to relive nice experiences. Regularly practicing activates and strengthens happiness circuits. There are specific hypnosis methods to balance your emotions, and they are helpful to develop more harmony in life.
Quote "Your mind will take the shape of what you frequently hold in thought, for the human spirit is colored by such impressions.". Marcus Aurelius, Meditations, 5.16
