TOURS

Dear Colleagues

Several has asked for a touristic program. We asked Najmeh Kazemi, who organized several touristic programs for International Hypnosis Conferences in her home country Iran. In the mean time she is living in Italy since more than 8 years, guiding and organizing tours from there. She has a license to organize tours in whole Europe. She will work together with local agencies in Poland.

Touristic events in Krakow and around  in Poland local agencies can organize better.

But for larger tours we better use the successful way we organized 7 different tours before and after the First Asian Congress 2019 in Mashhad Iran.

Inside Europe of course many can travel alone, but maybe it is more fun and more comfortable to travel with colleagues sharing the same interests.

The tours are divided in to two categories: pre and post congress tours with different durations, 4, 7 and 10 days. You will find them here at Congress website. The tours are going to be inside Poland or with mix of  big cities in countries around Poland , a combination of cultural and historical attractions with experiencing one or two days in a nice nature of each tour destinations. Some of the tours are only for Italy which is among the most popular destination to visit in warm season in Europe. 

Attention 1* : For pre-congress tours, we should define arrival in Krakow based on pre congress workshops , if our tour participants want to participate to them. (In case we have participants for pre congress workshop, the tour starts one day before and will finish 10th June. Then pre- congress work shop participants, can also participate.

Attention 2 *: For now , we defined 4 and 7 days tours. But also 4 different 10 days tours will be added to touristic plans.

Like at other congresses we will send all participants possible tour ideas and ask different types of questions such as :

What level of hotel you prefer:

Only best 5 star hotels

I prefer budget hotels, luxury and maximum comfort not important

If most of the group will stay in budget hotel

a)     I will go with whole group  b) I prefer to go alone in better hotel

 

I prefer to stay the whole time with a tour guide vs. I prefer always to explore a city on my own

We ask food preferences and health issues etc,

There will be questions like : if a 7 day tour is not possible I rather go to shorter/longer tour.

I prefer single room , shared double room to save costs. Etc.

I will travel rather with hand-luggage, I have lots of big luggage

After checking such questionare, Najmeh Kazemi can start to check the prices for the hotels, for big or little bus and the group will share the costs of bus, tour guiding and organizing. 

So please after you checked the tour plans in congress website and your working calendar, please inform us if you are interested about a trip before or after congress and if yes, which tour and which duration (pre or post congress, short or long tour?).
