Abstract:

For Milton Erickson, hypnosis was all about connecting with resources. He also encouraged therapists:
"Develop your own techniques!"; But which interventions suit me? How can I utilize my unconscious mind to adapt to the needs of my clients? And how does the effectiveness of my methods change when I shift my focus from the techniques I'm using to how I'm applying them?

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:
We will approach the topic through collective experimentation and exploration of our personality as a tool. You will focus on modifying and applying known techniques in ways that truly suit you. To facilitate this, we will also work on accessing and utilizing our existing inner knowledge, which is not explicitly available.– our “true natural self”.
