Abstract:
Sometimes you get caught up in cognitive loops with certain clients. We've understood everything - but things don't change. Talking only brings more frustration and the feeling of not doing anything useful.
Switching to the Time Line technique can have a liberating effect here: WALKING INSTEAD OF TALKING: We let our client walk into their own future - just three steps in the room, for which we may need 40 minutes, but which are quite something.
The knowledge from the future, brought back to the present, will then be not only cognitive, but intuitively experienced and felt knowledge.
Walk three steps instead of talk for three hours!
I will explain the technique, describe a case study, demonstrate the technique if possible and then, if there is time, let you practise it.
